This role requires a comprehensive understanding of these tools and the ability to integrate them to drive our sustainability initiatives and data management.Experience: Overall, 6-10 years of experience with 2 years of proven experience in software development or integration engineering.Good to have skills: Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Microsoft Fabric͏Responsibilities

Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create, manage, and optimize business processes and workflows.
Interactions with relational databases like SQL Server, including writing efficient SQL queries and optimizing existing queries.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives.
Develop custom applications and solutions to meet organizational needs.
Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Sustainability Manager and Microsoft Fabric.
Analyze data and generate insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives.
Implement and manage sustainability programs using Microsoft's Sustainability Manager.
Define calculation models, factor libraries and emissions dashboard in Sustainability Manager.
Implementation of energy, water and waste metrics in Sustainability Manager.
Data Import and Integrations in Microsoft Sustainability Manager.
Develop strategies to enhance sustainability practices throughout the organization.
Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability standards and regulations.
Manage and utilize Fabric for advanced data analytics and integration.
Ensure seamless data flow between various platforms and systems.
Develop data models and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain data integrity and security across the organization.

͏Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Sustainability, or a related field.
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Good to have experience with Microsoft Sustainability Manager and a strong understanding of sustainability practices.
Good to have experience using Fabric for data management and analytics.
Good to have proficiency with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Certification in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure.
Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
Knowledge of current sustainability trends and technologies.
Familiarity with data integration and management best practices.
