A Quality Analyst (QA) plays a crucial role in ensuring that products, services, and processes meet high-quality standards
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and execute Automation & Manual test plan, scripts and Regression testing
- Proficiency in using tools like Cucumber, Selenium WebDriver, LoadRunner, or equivalent test suits.
- Proven experience in testing on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience in writing Java scripts and automation scripts; familiarity with Postman for API testing.
- Strong skills in creating efficient reports and implementing effective logging mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience executing VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) ; proficient with SQL/SOQL queries.
- Execute the test plan independently and peers (junior team members)
- Collect, review and validate test data, report and track defects to closure, Contribute to continual improvements.
- Ability to understand and articulate the requirements, design & prepare test cases, scripts accordingly
- To be able to work with changing priorities, and be able to manage time with multitasking
- Assertive communication skills, ability to work with minimal direction, able to participate and be a productive team member
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- BS/BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent
- Experience in SFDC Rev Cloud QA + AccelQA
- Experience in Automation & Functional Testing
- Experience in Automation using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, jUnit.
- Experience in Salesforce testing or testing other Saas applications
- Experience in Integration Testing in between ERP and salesforce application.
- Understanding of both Waterfall and Scrum Agile methodologies
- Good business analysis skills as needed for a good tester
- Database experience and working knowledge of how to use SQL queries
- Create and maintain a set of test data, as well as to do data verification is required.
- Knowledge on performance Tool JMeter/Load Runner.
- Understanding of coding enterprise applications within Java, PHP, and other languages
- Desired experience in web services testing
- QA certification
