This role requires a strong blend of international sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive sustainable revenue growth.The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sales activities and develop long-term partnerships with clients across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure- Develop tailored sales strategies for AEC services (BIM, 3D Modeling, Architectural Visualization) and Creative Media services (Gaming Assets, Animation)- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and key stakeholders- Represent the company in international events, virtual conferences, and industry forums- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate project scoping and client satisfaction- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports using CRM toolsRequired Skills & Experience- Strong understanding of AEC workflows and Gaming/Animation production pipelines- Proven experience handling international B2B clients across multiple time zones- Demonstrated ability to close high-value international contracts - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales outreach platforms- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsQualifications- 4-5 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales within AEC, BIM, 3D, Gaming, or Animation industries- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field- Ability to present and discuss previously handled international accounts and deals (ref:updazz.com)
