  • The Sales Vendor Performance Analyst will be responsible for automating data collection, analysis, assessments & recommendations related to Global Vendor Partners costs whilst combining performance & productivity metrics of Sales teams consisting of Outbound, Inbound, Chat and Customer Lifecycle Inside Sales.
  • The Client Business Direct team is 400+ salespeople, drives +$400M business annually and is aggressively growing.
  • This individual would be focused on delivering results to influence strategic initiative decisions & investments.
  • The Vendor Performance Analyst functions as part of the Global Sales Strategy & Execution Team, whilst partnering with Sales Analytics, Insights & Operations teams well as Workforce Management & Vendor Teams to automate & evolve Vendor compensation processes, rules & eligibility criteria and ROI views.
  • We are looking for energetic, engaging individuals who appreciates working with data types, complex rules, quota, attainment etc.
Essential Job Functions:
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop automated data collection processes for reduction in administrative ABD Vendor Management tasks
  • Automate our quarterly invoice process:
  • Online Intake Form/Sharepoint for Vendors to submit itemized quarterly billing estimates
  • Integrate all quarterly estimates and itemizations directly from different Vendors in standardized formats
  • Automate our quarterly inspection processes
  • Vendor M1/M2 attainment linked to Vendor targets to derive, flag & implement variable penalties/deductions
  • Vendor headcount backfill tracker with hiring start dates to validate estimate/quote calculations and derive variable penalties/deductions for hiring lateness
  • Vendor Workforce Management performance vs. targets deriving variable penalties/deductions
  • Develop automated Vendor ROI processes for Vendor assessments & recommendations
  • Finance Integration: Build direct feed from Vendor invoice data into finance controller spend reporting & accruals processes
  • RFP/Renewals: Build cost modeling tool from RFP bids with Vendor pricing submissions and enable multiple scenario views to ultimately provide a negotiation scorecard (e.g. different locations or vendor, headcount adjustments, management roles).
  • ABD Vendor ROI: Build global ABD Vendor performance ROI dashboard including productivity comparisons Rep/Rep, LOB/LOB, GEO/GEO. Include data from Performance Plan, Quality Assurance scores & Training RAG status/scores to measure impacts linked to key ABD KPIs and produce useful insights.
  • Unlock new opportunities for growth through spend vs. performance, predictive modeling
  • DME Vendor ROI: Build combined Customer Support & Sales spend dashboard inclusive of location of services, tenure, headcount & ROI with historicals
Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of work experience (Sales Ops/Analyst)
  • Excellent analysis skills, Excel, MS-access, Macros, PowerBi, Tableau, writing SQL queries, Databricks, Powerpoint
  • Highly organized, and pays attention to details, good communicator, ability to work under minimal supervision, a strong team player
  • Strong project management skills including deliverables & timelines
  • Ability to work under tight schedules & have flexibility to work under different time zones
  • Deep knowledge of the technology industry including direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business models
