The Consumer Loan department is a part of Retail Lending business of the bank and offers Personal loans and Education Loans to all categories of customers Pan India.
About the Role:
The Product manager will be responsible for development of product strategy, design, and implementation of initiatives to help deliver on business objectives.

Sub-Department RL- Consumer Loans Reporting (Business) VP
Location Mumbai Reporting (Matrix)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design go-to market strategy for new product.
- Develop Strategic roadmap and drive delivery on all P&L metrics
- Design new product variants include business case preparation and roll-out to field
- Drive and manage all product performance metrics.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the business profitably.
- Manage and Ensure complaint process and handle audit.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on continuously improving Product policy, processes, technology.
- Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute
- 8+ experience from BFSI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Proficiency in managing complex client relationships, diverse stakeholders
- Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Competence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environment
- Strong risk and compliance mindset
- Adept at communication and interpersonal skills
