- Manage and grow key accounts including builders, architects, contractors, and institutional clients
- Drive project sales for tiles, marble, and related product categories
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, operations, design) for seamless execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Experience: 4–7 years in project sales / key account management
- Age: 25–33 years (flexible for the right candidate)
- Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Expertise in project sales and key account management
- Relationship building with architects, builders, and influencers
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Result-oriented with strong market understanding
