Job Description: As a Data Centre Compliance Professional, your main job is to make sure our data centres follow all the rules and get the right certifications. You'll work with teams to understand what each certification needs, help make the rules, and make sure everyone follows them. You'll also check to see if things can be done better and talk to people about how things are going. Plus, get ready to travel at a stretch of 4-6 weeks to the Middle East could be twice in a year. Key Responsibilities: Lead Certifications: Manage the process of getting and keeping data center certifications. This involves understanding what each certification needs, working with teams to meet those requirements, and handling audits. Policy Development: Create and put into action policies and procedures to meet certification needs. This includes making documents, training staff, and making sure everyone follows the rules. Continuous Improvement: Keep an eye on how well the compliance program is working and make it better if needed. This means staying updated on certification changes and industry best practices. Stakeholder Communication: Talk to stakeholders about how certifications are going, any problems with following the rules, and what's being done to fix them. Qualifications: Education: Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field like Information Systems or Business Administration. Experience: Show you've worked in similar roles in data centers before. Knowledge: Understand data center standards and certifications well, like ANSI TIA 942, UTI Tier 3 design and construction, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and others. Communication: Be good at talking and leading others. Travel: Be okay with traveling at a stretch of 4-6 weeks to the Middle East could be twice a year.
