- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions and general ledger accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate reconciliation issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards within reconciliation processes.
- Prepare reconciliation reports and provide insights to management, while guiding and supporting junior team members.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reconciliation, with strong expertise in Bank and Investment Reconciliation (mandatory).
- At least 2 years of official team-handling experience is required; candidates who can join immediately or are currently serving a notice period and can join by April will be preferred.
- Strong accounting knowledge, including Reconciliation, Audit, Cash Flow, and Fund Flow statement reports.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards, along with proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools.
