This full-time role is ideal for educators who are enthusiastic about early childhood development and committed to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. With a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, you will play a key role in shaping the foundational learning journey of children through interactive, play-based, and activity-driven teaching methods.As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children can develop cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills. The role requires creativity, patience, and a deep understanding of early childhood education practices. You will work closely with school leadership and parents to ensure holistic development and a positive learning experience for every child.RequirementsKey Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons using play-based and experiential learning methodologies
Create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment that promotes curiosity and participation
Develop and implement activities that support early learning skills such as language, numeracy, motor skills, and social interaction
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school management
Maintain classroom discipline with a caring and positive approach
Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities
Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and visual resources to enhance classroom engagement
Ensure the emotional well-being and safety of children at all times
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain consistency in teaching practices and curriculum delivery
Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and classroom activities

What Makes You a Great Fit

Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-primary or early childhood education
Strong passion for teaching and working with young children
Good understanding of child development principles and preschool teaching methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and interactive learning activities
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude toward children
