Integrity and honesty are essential qualities for this role.Requirements:Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision: Independently manage 4-5 projects, conduct regular site meetings with Site Engineers, and perform inspections to track progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the Management Team, Project Manager, Planning Engineer, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
Technical Support: Adhere to defined processes and methodologies, support construction teams, and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Documentation: Oversee Site Engineers to ensure accurate project records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and labor attendance.
Quality Control: Ensure Site Engineers maintain quality control measures so that all work aligns with industry standards and client expectations.
Safety Management: Monitor Site Engineers to enforce safety regulations, ensure PPE availability on-site, and organize safety training sessions.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree (D.C.E / B.E) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5-7 years of proven experience in residential building construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and relevant regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
