Job Description:Key performance criteria(s) considered for Lead Analyst will include the following: * Productivity.

Quality & Accuracy.

Contribution to process improvement.
Escalation resolution capabilities.
Training and Development
Participation in key initiatives.
Analytical capabilities.
Audit support (External and Internal).
Compliance and Policy Adherence.
Good written / verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform UAT.
Accounting Knowledge.
Indian taxation, including understanding of GST, withholding tax (WHT), and reconciliation of GSTR-2A.
