
Client Onboarding - Vice President

- Manage a small team, including HR, development, work allocation, training, and escalations.
- Serve as the client-facing, single-point-of-contact for end-to-end client experience and satisfaction during product implementations.
- Oversee multi-jurisdiction client onboarding and product & service implementations.
- Collaborate with clients and coverage teams to develop and execute implementation plans using project management principles.
- Ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and domestic regulatory requirements.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues to closure.
- Liaise with local Compliance, Legal, and Product teams as required.
- Lead and coordinate strategic business initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert or Project Manager.
- At least 12 years of industry experience in an implementation function, including client-facing roles within the banking space.
- Experience leading and managing teams, including development and HR oversight, with a BE/MS degree.
- Technical client consulting experience with ISO 20022 or EDI message formats and XML.
- Proven capability of applying project management methodology to develop and execute implementation plans for complex, strategic change programs.
- Exhibits executive presence with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations at various levels and communicate effectively and clearly.
- Ability to map and document progress of complex workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Cash Management and Treasury Services product experience and knowledge.
- Previous direct external client interaction experience.
- Industry certifications such as CTP or PMI.
- Prior consulting experience.
