- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status.
- Support in employer branding activities and recruitment drives.
- Learn and implement best practices in talent acquisition processes.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and completing joining formalities.
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) – recent graduates or up to 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent management.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Hands-on training in end-to-end recruitment.
- Exposure to various industry sectors and hiring techniques.
