About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for MBA HR graduates or early-career professionals looking to build expertise in recruitment, learn end-to-end hiring processes, and work in a fast-paced corporate environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status.
  • Support in employer branding activities and recruitment drives.
  • Learn and implement best practices in talent acquisition processes.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and completing joining formalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MBA in Human Resources (HR) – recent graduates or up to 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and talent management.
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
