- To be responsible for the overall management of the Bank’s business & operations in the cluster (including branch level) in accordance specified guidelines, so as to ensure best of class client experience within acceptable level of risks.
- To be the P&L owner for assets and liabilities in the respective cluster
- Responsibility for Cluster P&L, Serve as a pivotal member of the leadership team in formulating Bank goals & strategy (short term and long term) and translation of the same to business plan at a cluster and branch level
- Develop and implement strategies and plans consistent with established goals in each product line and service in the cluster & ensure achievement of branch and cluster level Business Targets.
- Collaborate with Product Teams, Operations Teams, Regional delivery teams, branches in developing operational plans for the cluster based on the overall targets and budgets for the region.
- Regularly conducts detailed reviews of the Bank’s operations and takes appropriate decisions for reallocating resources and re-deciding priorities.
- Recommend plan for setting up of new branches and ATMs in the region as per requirements
- Drive implementation of marketing promotions and campaigns across all product propositions in the respective cluster
- Manage deployment of manpower across the branches in the respective cluster
- Ensure efficient operations in the cluster by establishing and monitoring adherence to operational policies and procedures.
- Develop and ensure implementation of changes in policies and procedures to improve productivity and service levels. Ensure adherence to turnaround time in all banking processes in the cluster such as account opening, grievance handling etc.
- Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members.

- Graduate/MBA
