FNZ offers various paths that you can take from here.Team ResponsibilitiesApplication Support – ensure that the application is maintained and working efficiently and against agreed service levelsIssue Management – analyse, investigate, and allocate for resolution and closure for all issuesChange Management – support guidance for testing and release process for production fixesProject Handover – facilitate the transition between project support and production support for all changeService Support – support the Service Managers in delivering FNZ services within KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligationsSpecific Role ResponsibilitiesInvestigation of errors in live high-end platforms.Researching and fixing defects based on description.Developing code, scripts, schemas required to solve complex technical issues.Investigating problems on databases, web and application servers, Cloud EnvironmentsDealing with performance issues.Communication with Production Support Analysts and Testers.Automation of manual processes within Production support (CSI).Actively applying fixes, including using devops tools to resolve problemsWorking in a group of highly skilled support developers to resolve production issues.Performance AssessmentKPI reporting – issue management performance against KPIsAvailability – uptime during core and non-core hoursPerformance – performance metrics during core and non-core hoursReliability – test results and performance during real failure eventsExperience requiredBachelor’s degree in software engineering, or equivalentGood understanding of OOP and ability to debug code and understand log entries5 years or more on production support of large scale enterprise ecosystemExperience in OOP programming LanguagesExperience in Relational Databases - MS SQL|Oracle|PostgreSQL.Ability to Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within cloud environments.Advanced knowledge of AWS/Azure5 years of Experience with System administration in Linux/UnixStrong communication and presentation skills with experience in conveying ideas and winning the trust of stakeholders and ClientsWillingness to learn new things is important as there is a lot to learn and master.Logical thinking, positive “can-do” attitude and reverse engineering skillsExcellent English skills, written and verbalDesired Skills (but not a must have):Knowledge of ITIL.Previous knowledge on FNZ TechnologiesAbout FNZFNZ is committed to opening up wealth so that everyone, everywhere can invest in their future on their terms.
