- Elicit requirements through discussions with business owners and product owners.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand Epics, break them down into User Stories, and guide them through the backlog grooming process.
- Work with Designers to interpret Figma designs and create requirements for UI changes.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, system administrators) to explain and test features related to Ecommerce B2B stores.
- Possess deep knowledge of functional configuration of ecommerce platform settings, including:
- Product catalogs
- Pricing and promotions
- Order management
- B2B organizational hierarchy and checkout processes
- Punchout processes
- Integration with SAP SD
- Understand and test new features and enhancements implemented in monthly releases and hotfixes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ecommerce system.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, including bugs and enhancements for development teams.
- Develop and execute functional test plans and test cases.
- Conduct sanity testing, user story acceptance criteria tests, and execute regression test cases to ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify and report defects, tracking their resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in Business Analysis, with strong domain knowledge of ecommerce platforms, order management, product catalogs, UI design, and preferable knowledge of B2B/B2C stores, B2B organizational hierarchies, punchout, product catalogs, and warehousing management concepts; integration with SAP backend is essential.
- Good to have: Exposure to SAP Hybris Backoffice.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams, particularly in the creation, detailing, grooming, and testing of User Stories.
- Willingness to participate in monthly release calls occurring one weekend per month.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience as a functional consultant or business analyst in an ecommerce production support environment.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, etc.).
- Familiarity with functional testing and quality assurance practices.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar.
- Understanding of integrations with SAP, Salesforce, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent related experience.
- 4+ years of directly related or relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with brief experience as a Product Owner.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) / SAFe Product Owner (SAFe PMPO).
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) (preferred).

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, product catalog management, and UI/UX design principles.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and/or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (PMPO).
- Proven experience working as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in an e-commerce production support environment.
- Skilled in collaborating with technical teams (developers, system administrators) to explain, validate, and test features related to B2B e-commerce stores.
- Hands-on experience in conducting sanity testing, validating user story acceptance criteria, and executing regression test cases to ensure alignment with business requirements.
