- Responsible for system-related work which would consist of, Sales order entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management.
- Be In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics
- Responsible for overall Customer management as well as handling RMA (customer returns)

- Shared role with Field Sales / IS – Pre-Order & Order Entry
- Order Management - PO to Invoicing & AR Process, RMA Process & Inventory management.
- Basic understanding of International Trade practices of Warehouse & Inco. Terms.
- Must have a tertiary education (Some formal training or experience is required to perform the job effectively)
- Experience : Must have min of 2 to 5-years’ experience from EMS/ Electronics components distribution.
- Committed to learn, be more & do more, Expert in OM of ERP & Excel, Process oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills
