Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects.2. Handle multiple concurrent projects and ensure delivery within timelines, scope, and quality standards.3. Lead project execution across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.4. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and convert them into functional specifications.5. Prepare project documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, SOPs, workflows, and validation documentation.6. Coordinate closely with development, QA, validation, and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.7. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical teams.8. Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.9. Support system implementation, testing strategies, validation processes, and regulatory compliance activities.10. Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.11. Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional business or product expansion.RequirementsRequirements4 - 6 years of experience in Project Management or Business Analyst in the IT industryProven experience managing multiple software projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Experience in requirement gathering, workflow analysis, and preparation of documentation such as BRD, FRD, SOPs, and validation documents.Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as DevOps, Redmine, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.Good To HaveExperience in healthcare IT, pharmaceutical software, CRO systems, or regulatory software environments.Knowledge of regulatory standards such as GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, HIPAA, and related data integrity guidelines.
