- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
- Experience: 3-8 yrs
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Test Complete.
- Proven experience in building test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, performance).
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar.
- Good understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Test Complete.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA team members, and other stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure coverage.
- Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation and work with developers on resolution.
- Analyse test results and report findings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve test automation processes and best practices.
- Mentor junior testers in automation best practices, if needed
