Job Description:We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing organization serving the Oil & Gas sector across the UAE. This role primarily focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting, with a structured handover to the closing team. This position is ideal for candidates with exposure to construction, logistics, fleet management, or industrial sectors who are looking to build a strong foundation in B2B sales.Key Responsibilities : 1. Identify and engage prospective clients within the Oil & Gas, construction, logistics, and industrial sectors2. Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp 3. Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority 4. Schedule and confirm qualified sales meetings for the Business Development team 5. Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects, and meetings in CRM systems 6. Consistently meet outreach and meeting-booking targetsCandidate Profile : 1. Prior experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting 2. Exposure to Oil & Gas, construction, logistics, or industrial industries is preferred 3.
