Responsible for visiting customer sites to carry out service calls, machine installations, site
supervision, and ensuring successful handover of machines. Acts as the key technical
representative at the customer’s location, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely
resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, and servicing of machines.
Coordinate with the customer and internal teams to ensure site readiness before
installation.
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance during service calls.
Oversee entire installation process to ensure timely and successful machine setup.
Provide training to customer operators and maintenance teams post-installation.
Maintain proper documentation of service calls, installation reports, and customer
feedback.
Take ownership of customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth functioning of
machines post-installation.
Escalate critical issues to the technical/management team for faster resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety and company guidelines while working at site.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in machine installation/service (preferably in capital
machinery or packaging industry).
Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to travel frequently (domestic & international, if needed).
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently under time constraints.
