The Role
We are seeking an elite Technical Product Manager to own the end-to-end Product Life Cycle for our core data-centric software offerings. In this role, you will be the bridge between business strategy, complex data systems, and engineering execution. You will act as the translator and orchestrator—taking high-level business requirements, breaking them down through rigorous business analysis, and leading Agile engineering pods to deliver scalable, high-quality products.
If you dream in data architectures, live in JIRA, and know how to lead Scrum teams to peak velocity without losing sight of the customer, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Life Cycle: Own the product journey from ideation, discovery, and requirements gathering to development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Data-Driven Product Strategy: Architect product roadmaps that heavily index on data. Define and track core KPIs, leveraging deep data analysis to validate hypotheses and prioritize features that drive the highest ROI.
- Rigorous Business Analysis: Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and technical PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).
- Agile & Scrum Leadership: Act as the ultimate product owner in Scrum ceremonies. Champion Agile methodologies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure predictable and high-quality engineering output.
- JIRA Ecosystem Mastery: Maintain an impeccably groomed, prioritized, and transparent product backlog in JIRA. Ensure epics, stories, and tasks are universally understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with data engineers, software developers, UX/UI designers, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of data-heavy features.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS, data platforms, or complex technical software environments.
- Technical Fluency: You don't just talk to engineers; you understand them. You have a firm grasp of system architecture, APIs, databases, and modern software development practices.
- Data Native: Extensive experience working in the "data world." You are comfortable with complex data models, BI tools, and understand how data pipelines power application functionality. (Knowledge of SQL or Python is a significant plus).
- Methodology Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and advanced proficiency in JIRA/Confluence. You know how to configure and utilize these tools to optimize team workflows.
- Analytical Rigor: Exceptional Business Analysis skills. You can map out complex business processes, identify edge cases, and design robust solutions.
- Communication: Elite stakeholder management skills. You can pitch a vision to the executive team and instantly pivot to debating technical trade-offs with lead architects.
- Impact: Build software where data isn't just an afterthought—it's the entire foundation.
- Culture: Join a high-talent density team that values execution, candor, and continuous learning.
- Compensation: Highly competitive salary, equity packages, and comprehensive benefits designed for top-tier talent.
