- Drive product discovery and delivery for one or more RCM domains (e.g., eligibility, prior authorization, claims, denials, appeals, or financial clearance), with a focus on automation opportunities
- Work closely with services and operations teams to understand manual workflows, exceptions, and failure points
- Identify where rules, workflows, or AI can eliminate steps, reduce touches, or accelerate turnaround time
- Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and scope for automation- and AI-enabled features
- Write concise product requirements and user stories that support deterministic logic, AI outputs, and human-in-the-loop review where needed
- Partner with engineering and data teams to design AI workflows that are explainable, auditable, and operationally safe
- Collaborate with design to ensure automated solutions fit naturally into existing user workflows
- Prioritize work based on ROI, automation leverage, operational impact, and feasibility
- Support go-to-market and implementation teams by ensuring automation works in real client environments
- Monitor product performance post-launch, including accuracy, adoption, and time savings, and iterate based on data and feedback
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). - Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of Product Management experience in health tech, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Proven data-driven mindset with a bias toward reducing manual effort through automation
- Proven comfort partnering with engineering and data teams on AI-assisted or workflow automation products
- Proven solid written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to messy processes
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare workflows; RCM experience
