The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily
operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, managing sales targets, and leading a team
to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a

Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations Management:
o Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient
environment.
o Maintain the store layout and visual merchandising standards to showcase
products attractively.
o Ensure store compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory
requirements.2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
o Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets by motivating the team and
implementing effective strategies.
o Monitor inventory levels and sales performance, making necessary adjustments to
maximize profitability.
o Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized
service and addressing customer concerns.3. Team Leadership and Development:
o Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates, providing training and
guidance to enhance performance.
o Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one reviews to ensure continuous
improvement.o Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and a customer-
first mentality.4. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding
service.
o Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
o Encourage repeat business through personalized follow-up and loyalty programs.
5. Inventory and Stock Management:
o Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control, minimizing losses and
shrinkage.
o Coordinate stock replenishment, and monitor product movement to ensure
optimal stock levels.
o Oversee stock audits and manage stock-related discrepancies.
6. Marketing and Promotion:o Implement local marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and
sales.
o Ensure product knowledge and promotional materials are effectively
communicated to customers and staff.7. Reporting and Administration:
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and other key
performance indicators (KPIs).
o Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement.
o Handle administrative tasks such as cash management, staff scheduling, and
report submission.Qualifications:
 Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery or
luxury goods industry.
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a competitive retail environment.
 In-depth knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and store operations.
 Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
