Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our AI solutions team, with a strong focus on expertise in Agentic Frameworks and the latest in agentic AI development. You will build, deploy, and maintain AI-driven solutions by leveraging cutting-edge agentic technologies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and integrating complex workflows across business domains.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain AI-enabled applications using Agentic Frameworks (such as LangChain, Microsoft AutoGen, CrewAI, Swarm, or similar).Build and orchestrate autonomous AI agents capable of perceiving, planning, collaborating, and executing complex workflows with minimal human interventionIntegrate external data sources and business applications using SQL and RESTful APIs.Implement AI workflows utilizing reasoning engines, state management (memory), and multi-agent collaboration to ensure adaptability and scalabilityPrototype, test, and optimize AI pipelines, debugging and monitoring agentic systems for high performance and reliability.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agentic AI research, frameworks, and best practices.Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders for end-to-end solution delivery.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Python Developer with strong proficiency in Python and its advanced features (OOP, decorators, concurrent processing)Practical knowledge of agentic AI frameworks or AI agent libraries (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).Strong experience working with SQL for structured data querying and management.Hands-on experience with REST API integration and API-first development.Understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, prompt orchestration, state/memory management, and deploying ML models is highly desirableExperience with version control systems (Git), debugging, and unit testing in collaborative AI/ML projectsExcellent communication and teamwork skills.Desired SkillsFamiliarity with data science and ML libraries (scikit-learn, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD for AI model deployment.Experience in building multi-agent AI workflows and autonomous decision-making systems.Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and self-healing systems for agentic AI solutions.Why Join Us?Work at the forefront of the burgeoning agentic AI eraOpportunity to build intelligent systems transforming industries through autonomy and orchestration.Collaborative environment with access to the latest frameworks and AI tools.
