If you’re passionate about visual storytelling and want to create an impact, we’d About the RoleWe are looking for a Motion & Graphic Designer to create engaging animations and videos for our marketing efforts including social media, website assets, paid ads, learning content etc.Key Responsibilities●Create explainer videos, GIFs etc.●Create dynamic social media and ad creatives (video-based and static)●Work with copywriters to enhance storytelling with motion●Design brochures, banners, certificates, letterheads, website assets etc.●Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital media platforms●Work with the Head of Branding to work on guidelines●Work with marketing teams to optimize designs for engagement and conversions love to have you on board!RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications●A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts or a related field (preferred, but not required)●Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro etc.)●Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animations and graphics●Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles●Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are accurate, polished, and high quality●Good to have: Experience with Canva●Bonus: Knowledge of Figma & 3D animation●Strong communication and collaboration skills and an eye for aesthetics●Understanding of branding guidelines●Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects●Ability to create visually compelling and engaging motion graphics●Ability to develop unique and on-brand design styles●Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to new trends
