- Understands PLC, CNC AC Drives, Servo Drives & its programming. Prepares troubleshooting guide for PLC, AC Drives, Servo Drives, motor braking & ensures LOTO procedures implementation while working on the machine.
- Knows basics of Communication, Networking & SCADA, Eco Screen. Prepares troubleshooting guides for SCADA & communication module.
- Understands operations & troubleshooting of Hydraulics & Pneumatics. Prepares troubleshooting guide to reduce MTTR.
- Explore the possibility of using natural resources for reducing energy requirements. Ensures periodic checks of input power conditions & analyze the same
- Understands Nutrunners , Electrical and battery tools , gauging equipment , PC base equipment , Siemen systems , FANUC systems , Mazatrol systems , Bosch systems , BACKOFF systems, DOL , VFD , Intelligent Starter . Prepares troubleshooting guide for the same & ensures LOTO procedures implementation.
- Collates and updates monthly data related to MTTR, MTBF, PM, TBM , CBM ,IR , Lubrication Mgt., Kaizens / Pokayoke / MP Sheets , Energy and water mgt. Spares Mgt .
- Having hands on experience on Siemens PLC S7 300, 1400, TI portal PLC, Mitsubishi PLC
- Preferably Working experience maintenance of Engine test beds, Engine assembly line equipments, Engine machine shop equipments.
- Having Experience on Engine diagnosis systems.
