- Serve as the India custodian of Accor Hotels’ brands from mid to Luxury portfolio, ensuring alignment with regional and global brand strategies.
- Partner with hotel teams to implement and roll out brand standards across properties.
- Oversee the Brand Validation Process for pre-opening hotels, ensuring all marketing and brand elements are correctly integrated.
- Develop and execute pan-India brand and marketing strategies, leveraging strategic partnerships for brand-building initiatives.
- Work closely with the India Sales team to extend marketing support that drives topline growth.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and media agencies to design and launch integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage workflows and timelines for campaign execution.
- Track and report campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Create and manage the marketing calendar in collaboration with Digital, Loyalty, Sales, Revenue Management, and hotel teams.
- Conduct consumer research, brand tracking, media tracking, and market analytics to identify opportunities and insights.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Organize India-level marketing reviews and functional training for brand and marketing teams across operating and pre-opening hotels.
- Manage the A&P budget, ensuring activities remain within financial limits.
- Handle purchase orders, invoice approvals, and financial coordination with the Finance team.
- Act as a Marketing Capability Champion, working closely with hotel marketing teams to strengthen expertise.
- Drive marketing innovation across brands and consumer segments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry in marketing, brand, or digital roles.
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and relevant marketing tools
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, project execution, and presentation skills.
