This is a “Work from Office” role.Desired Skillset:8-12 years track record of relevant work experience in a product company
Dynamic leader who has managed team of highly competent developers & analysts in a fast-paced work environment
Experience of working with agile methodologies using tools like Jira/ Zoho Sprints
Experience in conducting and leading daily Scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions
Experience in estimating & planning projects before they go into Sprints
Good to have - Ability to roll up sleeves when required (for design, development, debugging, testing, support etc.)
Strong communication skills – verbal & written
Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up ecosystem
Strong leadership skills & strong project management skills with experience of delivering high quality projects on time.
Development and support experience in Web domain with experience on delivering high performance systems
Good to have - Architecting, developing, implementing and maintaining highly available and highly scalable systems on cloud
Good to have - Experience with database modelling and development, data mining and warehousingResponsibilities:DeliveryYou would be required to own customer deliverables and ensure that the project schedules are in line with the expectations set to the customers.
Ensure implementation and sustenance of Agile across the organization
Training & handholding the teams on agile toolsPeople management
Team buildingBuild a training program to help tailor the talent for project successMentorshipMentor & grow Engineering team to lead up the projects
Provide guidance and mentorship to less-experienced team membersTechnical FocusGood to have - Management knowledge in data system development, software development, deployment. Ability to dive into details with engineers and distil to a high level for executives, customers and non-technical audience
Good to have - Oversee Architecture & design of technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions
Align with Technical leadership to influence, guide & champion adoption of best practices to build scalable architecture through process
Must be hands on with a few web technologies, and be aware of the changing landscape to accommodate new onesEducation:B.E. - Computer Science or equivalent
