- Lead the development and execution of brand identity systems, visual languages, and design strategies.
- Translate brand positioning and marketing objectives into compelling visual expressions.
- Design and oversee all creative output including campaigns, packaging, social media, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication channels.
- Partner with marketing, strategy, and content teams to build cohesive brand narratives.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple design projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., printers, photographers, agencies).
- Maintain quality control from concept through production.
- Develop and streamline workflows for efficient creative execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Ensure alignment of all internal and external design assets with brand standards.
- Oversee updates and evolution of visual identity as the brand grows.
- Stay informed about design, branding, and cultural trends.
- Integrate new technologies, tools, and techniques to enhance creative output.
- Benchmark competitors and global best practices to elevate brand presentation.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking in brand design.
- Expertise in visual identity systems, typography, color, layout, and composition.
- Excellent command of design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Aftereffects), Figma, or equivalent.
- Experience with production processes (print, digital, packaging, OOH).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance creative excellence with practical business needs and brand goals.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Flexibly to changing priorities, trends, and feedback.
- Bachelors/masters degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional design experience, with at least 23 years in a senior/ team management role.
- Proven experience developing and managing brand design.
- Agency or in-house brand team experience is preferred.
- Prior brand design experience in Luxury Retail, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Food & Beverages, FMCG and Entertainment sectors is highly suitable.
