Position Summary:You will be joining a team transforming healthcare and improving the lives and vitality of the millions of members we serve. We leverage cutting edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms to develop solutions for automated document processing and customer service chat bots. We are looking for Sr AI Engineers with strong engineering, full stack expertise to evaluate new Large Language Models (LLMs) and make them available for the enterprise in a compliant and secure manner. The GenAI Domain Expert Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements, translate them to technical requirements, and evaluate, select, and implement IT solutions with a focus on GenAI capabilities that align with the company's needs. They will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams by bridging the gap between business objectives and technical feasibility. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in IT-related roles with a focus on GenAI and deep learning technologies, preferably within the healthcare industry, and strong technical expertise with experience in process management and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, analyze, and document business requirements for new IT projects in the Global Capability Center, leveraging technical expertise in GenAI and deep learning technologies.
- Translate business needs into specific, well-defined technical requirements related to GenAI that can be feasibly developed by the IT department.
- Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of IT solutions focusing on GenAI capabilities, ensuring alignment with the global healthcare company's needs and strategic goals.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical feasibility of GenAI solutions, and advocating for changes necessary to maintain the knowledge base as an effective tool for achieving business objectives.
- Perform gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement or enhancement within existing IT systems and recommend changes accordingly.
- Develop detailed use cases, workflow diagrams, and user stories to support the design and development of GenAI-based IT solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that the implemented GenAI solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions related to GenAI.
- Collaborate with training teams to develop relevant materials and user guides for new GenAI systems and applications.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices within the healthcare domain and GenAI applications, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- 6-8 years of experience in IT-related roles, focusing on GenAI and deep learning technologies, preferably within the healthcare industry or a related domain
- Experience working in a global, multinational company with a matrix organizational structure is preferred, with strong communication skills and a focus on details to highlight improvement areas
- Experience in Jira, Confluence is a must
- Proven track record of delivering technical solutions that meet business requirements, with extensive knowledge of GenAI and deep learning technologies
- Experience in creating process maps, flowcharts, and other forms of visual documentation related to GenAI projects.
- Proficient in business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile, with a focus on GenAI and AI-driven technology initiatives.
- Working knowledge of major healthcare IT systems and platforms for AI-driven applications, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Health Information Exchanges (HIE), etc.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, and business intelligence platforms, such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Possess a proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
