Store Supervisor

• Preferred Engineering Diploma or Degree holder, or any Graduate, with at least 4 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Ability to execute timely dispatches of finished products to various locations.
• Good knowledge of the system for raw material issuance as per the FIFO system.
• Ability to maintain a minimum and maximum stock level of Raw materials/packing materials, Consumables, and Machine spare items.
• Deep knowledge of Inventory compliances.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to control the actual materials usage over wastage of materials on First In First Out (FIFO) & First Expire First Out (FEFO) basis.

• Receive all incoming material with proper documentation.
• Maintain inward and outward registers of stock received.
• Check the material as per invoices, Challans & Purchase Orders.
• Send materials for inspection to the respective department head.

• Maintain Housekeeping in the store area.
• Maintaining the Stock Register of raw materials issued to the respective department.
• Store materials at the designated area with the display Lot number.
• Provide raw material/packing material to Production as per requirement.
• Responsible for Inventory compliance physical v/s Records 100%
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to understand their material requirements and ensure timely procurement by the supply chain department.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics for management’s review.
