Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

Coordinate with auditors during audits and finalization of accounts
Manage cash flow, banking, and investment activities
Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance
Implement internal controls and improve accounting systems
Liaise with departments for financial planning and cost control
