Position: Design Engineer/Revit Modeler (AEC/BIM Industry) We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Revit Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between architectural design and structural engineering, ensuring that complex BIM projects are executed with high precision and in accordance with international standards.Domain Knowledge • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering (BE Civil). • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD 3D. • Standards: Strong understanding of international building codes, construction methodologies, and architectural standards. (US Work experience will be an added advantage) • Resilience: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines while maintaining absolute accuracy.
Roles And Responsibilities: • Client Alignment: Deeply understand client requirements and ensure all project outputs align perfectly with specified expectations. • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate effectively within internal teams and across various departments to facilitate seamless project execution. • Timeline Management: Adhere strictly to predefined delivery timelines and ensure the timely completion of all assigned tasks. • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, project-specific documentation, and accurate timesheets. • Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed customer specifications and internal QA/QC process. • Error Mitigation: Apply strong attention to detail to ensure zero-error delivery to clients.Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering (BE Civil).

Strong knowledge of international building codes, construction and architectural standards
Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, Revit.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
