External Job DescriptionPriorities and Responsibilities:1. Group Mergers & Acquisitions:a. Identify, source, evaluation the feasibility of possible M&A opportunities.b. Work on execution of M&A transactions.c. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, bankers, lawyers, accounting firms for DD, etc.d. End to end deal responsibilitye. Create presentations, financial models, provide market intelligence for management decision making2. Investor Relations:a. Manage investor relations for Group companies (a particular company).b. Analyse and support the company from an equity market perspective.c. Create IR strategies and programs to enhance effectiveness of the IR functiond. Oversee investor relations, investor interactions, conferences and events at the group level.e. Provide market intelligence and peer benchmarking for group companiesf. Creating the narrative and storyline for the company to deliver top quartile ratios3. Corporate Finance:a. Relationship management with bankers, lawyers, investors, accounting firms, etc.b. Equity raising through QIP, Pref, Rights, etc for all group companiesc. Special projects such as buyback, split, bonus, etc.Challenges:
