- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy for the enterprise business.
- Manage the annual/quarterly social content calendar aligned to campaigns, launches, events, and business priorities.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
- Drive organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with brand, product, and other teams to develop engaging, B2B-focused content.
- Monitor engagement and ensure timely response to queries and conversations for ORM management
- Social listening across platforms
- Social media collaboration for marquee events and other customer engagement events across clusters
- Track and report on social KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, conversions, share of voices, leads through social campaigns)
- Own social media listening, competitor benchmarking, and campaign effectiveness analysis.
- Provide insights to optimize performance across organic and paid initiatives.
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve lead generation and brand awareness objectives.
- Manage Influencer campaigns, to drive engagement and lead generation
- Collaborate with media agencies/partners for performance tracking and ROI measurement.
- Oversee analytics for digital assets, including but not limited to enterprise section in Vi app, tracking downloads, engagement, retention, and funnel performance.
- Work with product and analytics teams to improve user experience through insights.
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory guidelines on social media content
- Drive adoption of best practices in social media management and digital analytics.
- 8-10 years of experience in Social Media Marketing. B2B preferred
- Expertise in social media management, analytics, paid social and app analytics
- Prior experience in executing influencer campaigns in B2B
- Lead Gen competency from both organic and paid campaigns
- MBA in Marketing
- Certifications in digital and social media marketing
- Industry: IT-ITES, ecommerce, telecom
- Knowledge of MarTech stack integration with social and analytics.
- Knowledge of reporting and tracking social analytics, including social listening
- Exposure to tools like sprinklr, Hubspot, GA , Adobe analytics and paid features of Linkedln etc
