JD for Service Now Developer. Key Responsibilities:
Development & Customization:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet business requirements. * Integration:Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, and web services. * Workflow & Automation:Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows, automating business processes and optimizing efficiency. * Testing & Debugging:Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality. * Collaboration:Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Documentation:Develop and maintain documentation for technical designs, processes, and procedures. * Troubleshooting:Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform. * Knowledge Sharing:Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team. * Code Review:Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. * Technical Guidance:Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. * Security:Implement security policies using Access Control Lists (ACLs), roles, groups, and authentication mechanisms.
