Scope of the role: The Enterprise Business Analyst - UAT Coordinator, will act as a liaison between business and technology stakeholders and SMEs to elicit, analyze, and transform business goals and objectives into effective and efficient solution proposals and recommendations. The focus of the Enterprise Business Analyst who will act as UAT Coordinator will be on working closely with user representatives (Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Support, Sales, etc.) and the software development teams (Application Development, IT, Architecture) during the Verification / Validation phases of a project. The Enterprise Business Analyst must develop expertise with end-to-end business processes (customer and internal), software applications, and structure. Enterprise Business Analysts must be able to align and influence diverse perspectives without direct authority. UAT Coordinator must be a multi-tasking actor, with a PMO orientation but also be able to deep dive to understand the problem and come up with a quick and efficient solution. Main Responsibility and Activities: Lead and Manage the UAT execution and all aspects of it (preparation, handover to users, user's guidance, request technical support and raising bugs) Create UAT scenarios and break them into steps and functions that should execute. Define the sequence of the UAT scenarios and steps and support the users during execution. Analyze UAT outcomes and if needed follow up by user stories/bugs Lead and conduct requirements management activities, as necessary, ensuring that the impact of changes is well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders within the organization. Work closely with Global Process Owners, Finance, Analysts, Product Management, Software Development, System Architecture, SQA, User Interface and other key stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions. Ensures alignment between requirements and the outcome. Approach projects strategically, anticipate problems before they occur, and take proactive measures. Proactively identify, resolve, document, and communicate issues. Education Qualification & Skills Required : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience required A Masters's Degree in the fields listed above strongly preferred 5+ years of systems analysis and solutions required. 3+ years of systems project management/PMO experience Experience in a variety of processes - Order To Cash; Lead to Order, Plan to Make, Record to report Strong working knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies Excellent presentation skills, and an ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people Self-starting and team-oriented, with the ability to mentor others Fluent in English- a must
