The type of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers in the United States and European markets, and range in value sizes from $10 million USD - $200+ million USD.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Business Development & Investment Operations Analyst to support our Business Development and Investment teams. This role combines analytical support, CRM database management, investor and pipeline tracking, reporting, and general administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This person should be equally strong in data organization, presentation preparation, investor tracking, and internal coordination, while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalytical Responsibilities● Perform analyses related to strategic growth initiatives and investment team priorities.● Compile projected cash flows, depreciation analyses, and related reporting for existing and prospective investors.● Conduct term sheet analysis and comparison.● Conduct variance analysis for active fundraising deals.● Research and compile data to support investment, business development, and decision-making processes.Reporting & Presentation Support● Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and investor updates, including updates on current and prospective investments.● Draft and review emails, reports, summaries, and other business correspondence, including weekly reports and recurring update documents for internal stakeholders.● Support quarterly and annual reporting cycles with data gathering, document organization, and internal coordination.Business Development & CRM Database Management● Maintain and update CRM database records, including investor, broker, lender, tenant, and other key stakeholder information.● Review records for accuracy, identify duplicate entries, and merge records appropriately to maintain database integrity.● Update contact details including email, phone, title, company, mailing address, LinkedIn, website, and referral source.● Ensure investor records are updated promptly following meetings, calls, and email interactions.● Upload and organize relevant documents such as subscription agreements, term sheets, and memos within the CRM database and Box.Research & Contact Intelligence● Create professional biographies for key contacts using internal and external research sources.● Develop organized contact reference lists across categories such as investors/LPs, advisors, business partners, vendors, and key relationships.● Research and verify contact information from email signatures, LinkedIn, websites, spreadsheets, and other approved sources.Marketing & Communication Support● Assist with sending blast emails and text campaigns.● Support email list hygiene and database quality through verification tools and internal processes.● Upload and maintain media or visual assets in designated systems as needed.Administrative & Operational Support● Monitor key calendars and help track priority items and follow-ups.● Manage email correspondence, including sorting messages, flagging important communications, and drafting responses when appropriate.● Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.● Support document management, project coordination, and general administrative workflows.You must have:🕒 Willingness to work in Night shifts💻 Hands-on expertise in CRM database management, investor and pipeline tracking, reporting,🗣️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills📊 Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities⚡ Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal supervision🎯 Experience leading system rollouts, trainings, and process adoptionTitle: Business Development & Investment Operations AnalystDepartment: Operations / SystemsEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentJob Location: Remote, New DelhiIndustry: KPO, Outsourcing/OffshoringEmployment Type: Full-timeShift Time: EST/PST - US Time zoneRequired SkillsWorkflow mapping Dependability Business Analyst Communication Skills CRM
