We are currently looking for a QA Automation Engineer in India.In this role, you will join enterprise technology teams working on business-critical platforms across ERP, APIs, and web systems. You will play a key role in building scalable automation frameworks, ensuring quality, and supporting reliable delivery in a fast-paced, global environment. Collaborating with developers, DevOps, and product teams, you will design and implement automated testing strategies that drive efficiency and accuracy. This is a remote role that requires overlap with U.S. business hours.AccountabilitiesAs a QA Automation Engineer, you will:· Design and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.· Build and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or ReadyAPI.· Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.· Manage test data, analyze results, and identify root causes of defects.· Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product owners to ensure end-to-end quality.· Track QA metrics using tools like JIRA, TestRail, and Git.· Support load and performance testing using JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should bring:· 4+ years of experience in QA automation for enterprise systems.· Strong programming or scripting skills (Python, Java, Groovy, .NET, or Bash).· Proven experience with automated UI and API testing.· Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and Agile/Scrum practices.· Solid SQL skills for test data validation.· Excellent English communication skills with the ability to collaborate remotely across time zones.· Availability to work overlapping with U.S. Central Time hours.BenefitsThis role comes with a competitive salary based on experience, alongside personalized benefits designed around your passions and career goals.
