Legal & Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities -Ensure compliance with import/export laws, DGFT regulations, customs requirements, and trade policies.

Manage Advance Authorisations, EPCG schemes, and other export incentive structures.
- Handle FEMA compliances including inbound and outbound foreign exchange transactions.
Manage Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) structures, approvals, filings, and RBI reporting.
- Oversee IPO-related legal and regulatory compliances, including SEBI regulations and stock exchange requirements.
- Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, regulators, and statutory authorities.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, corporate governance norms, and statutory filings.
- Identify regulatory risks and develop mitigation frameworks and internal SOPs.
- Track regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation across the organisation.
