Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer at our Mumbai office. The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and managing client relations. The candidate will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
