Job Summary As an Associate within the Royalty Support team based in Noida, India, you will play a vital role in managing royalties for various territories including the US, IN, IT, DACH, and other countries. Reporting to the team Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of royalty processes. Your responsibilities will include reviewing royalty statements, addressing author inquiries, maintaining author records, and supporting management reporting. Key Responsibilities Review royalty statements and payments to ensure accuracy prior to payouts. Perform adjustments, disbursements, and other manual tasks within the Royalty System. Creating and maintaining of vendor/author records by updating details such as updated addresses, banking information, tax details, etc. Resolve inquiries from authors, agents, publishers, and other stakeholders. Generate manual royalty statements for select authors as per contractual requirements. Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits. Represent the team in various forums with internal and external stakeholders. Adhere to internal controls and compliance standards. Collaborate with system analysts to develop management reporting tools. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications 0-1 years of experience in Operations, Publishing, Rights, or Royalties preferred. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree desirable but not required with significant work experience. Essential Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications. Organizational skills with the ability to work independently and within teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret legal documents. Multilingual skills are a plus.
