Job Description:1. Daily market visit along with ISR to provide on the job training2. Ensure adherence of admin protocol by field force- reports submission, attendance monitoring etc.3. Distributor visit, ensure claims & damage settlement as and when required4. Physical checking of stock levels at Distributor point. 5. Monitor CFA operations & stock levels as required.6. Ensure ISRs are working as per PJP and as per company mobile app policy7. Effectively plan town wise targets and ISR PJP8. Ability to fill manpower & DB vacancies without affecting business.9. Conduct weekly & monthly review meeting with team10. Supervision & execution of promotional activities or display schemes as and when planned by management.
