Job Description:JOB DESCRIPTION A Position Overview Position Title Cluster Area Manager Department CSC - Partnership Distribution Level/Band Manager Grade 402 Role Summary · Manages a team of 10-12 Area Managers · Relationship management with CSC State Head, District Managers (DMs) and Insurance SPOC in assigned states · Influence CSC State Head & District Managers (DMs) for majority wallet share in the district. · Ensures RM and AM productivity is as per Business plan B Organizational Relationships Reports To Cluster Head/AVP Supervises Area Manager – CSC Relationship C Job Dimensions Geographic Area Covered 4-5 States in the Partner VLE geography, depending on Partner/s Zonal definition defined basis geography Internal Stakeholders Internal Training, Distribution Operations, Operations, Channel Marketing, F&A, HR External External Channel Partners-CSC D Key Result Areas Organization Process Key Contributions Sales · Drive wallet Share in the allotted states · Build relationship with CSC State Head, DMs and Insurance SPOC of CSC to achieve pre-set business targets on NOP, ANP & Productivity · Working jointly with the CSC State Head on Business plans · Driving and motivating the CSC State Head & DMs and providing MIS and analysis Relationship Management · Relationship management with CSC Hierarchy, State Head, District Managers, and Insurance SPOC of CSC in the state/region · Influence CSC State Head and DMs for majority wallet share in the district · Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner so as to foster sales for the company and maintain utmost levels of responsiveness to requirements from the CSC · Provide all possible support to CSC as a face of parent company · Effectively execute all Marketing activities · Assist partner through training scheduling and customer service Ensure Compliance · Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards · Should be process & product champion to ensures adherence to policies and procedures to cultivate a compliance culture in the team MIS · Providing timely reports to CSC State Head, DMs and Supervisor as per the requirement. · Adhering to the TALIC code of conduct.
