- Lead the end-to-end execution of green hydrogen projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, for seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage with stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and government agencies, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as required.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
- Drive innovation and efficiency within the green hydrogen project framework.
- Act as Consultant to Owners for all matters related to execution of FEED & EPC/EPCM projects
- FEL implementation in project.
- Preparation of RFI, RFP for hiring of PMC/OE.
- Preparation of RFI, RFP for FEED Contractors.
- Evaluation strategies for PMNC/OE and FEED bidders.
- Development of project & resourcing plan.
- Review of Contract documents.
- Project organization structure.
- Project execution plan.
- Project Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement.
- Project KPIs
- Project Risk Management plan
- A degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical disciplines.
- 20+ years of project management experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- PMP, PE, or AACE certifications are preferred.
- Experience in Front End Loading (FEL) implementation in projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering processes, procurement strategy, construction sequencing, and commissioning.
- Familiar with industry standards such as OSHA, ISO 9001, API, ASME.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, and MS Project.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
