  • Design and drive a forward-looking Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce planning and evolving talent needs.
  • Build a strong employer brand and positioning for Rapyder in the cloud ecosystem.
Hiring Excellence
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring for leadership, niche technology, and volume roles.
  • Champion innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging digital platforms, social recruiting, employee referrals, and campus programs.
  • Implement data-driven hiring practices with measurable KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-of-hire).
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing TA team.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Process & Technology
  • Strengthen recruitment processes, ATS systems, and talent analytics.
  • Ensure compliance, fairness, and inclusivity in hiring practices.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Enhance candidate experience with transparent, engaging, and swift processes.
  • Position Rapyder as an employer of choice through campaigns, events, and storytelling.
Requirements
  • 12–15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring within IT/Cloud/Technology services.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.
  • Passionate about people, culture, and building future-ready teams.
