Make a difference every day!Job DescriptionPrimary Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support Oracle Cloud EPM implementations and enhancements across FCCS, ARCS, and TRCS modules.
  • Integrate and optimize boundary applications (e.g., billing systems, data warehouses, job schedulers, reporting platforms) with Oracle EPM.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define EPM strategy, roadmap, and implementation plans.
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards using Oracle EPM reporting tools and platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership in EPM integrations, data migrations, and automation initiatives.
  • Support and enhance boundary applications including Revport, Snowflake, Autosys/UAC, and financial reporting tools.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and SOX/audit requirements.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud EPM updates and best practices and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives across EPM and boundary systems.
Work Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, with hands-on expertise in FCCS, ARCS, and TRCS.
  • Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliation, and tax reporting processes.
  • Experience integrating and managing boundary applications in a cloud EPM ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EPM configurations, REST APIs, and data integration tools.
  • Experience with tools such as Snowflake, Autosys/UAC, and financial reporting platforms.
  • Strong SQL, scripting, and automation skills for reporting and data processing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of mutual fund industry data and processes is highly preferred.
Education/Training:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
