Counsel students on educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, truancy, and career planning.

Provide guidance to individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations.

Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.

Collaborate with parents or guardians, trainers, other counselors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioral, academic, and other problems.

Offer crisis intervention to students.

Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and determine their priorities and resource needs.

Prepare students for placements.

Possess strong counseling and convincing skills.

Efficiently handle queries and provide support.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

RequirementsRequirements:

Graduate in any stream.

Knowledge of Degree Program/Ed Tech Program Admission Ecosystem.

Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling/telecounseling.

Good interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with MS Office.
