Purpose of the Role:The role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Anaplan models across business functions, specially ATP and Workforce planning. The incumbent will ensure seamless data integration, model performance, and user governance, while effectively managing vendors and key business stakeholders.The position requires deep understanding of Anaplan architecture, integration design, and connected planning principles to enable scalable and efficient planning solutions.Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Anaplan model performance, including model size optimization, formula efficiency, and workspace utilization.

Oversee daily and monthly data integrations between Anaplan and systems such as SAP, Informatica, and other data sources.

Partner with IT and vendors to ensure error-free data loads, monitor logs, and reduce integration failures.

Drive enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests to improve model usability and business value.

Conduct access and role governance, ensuring appropriate security levels for users such as Full Access, Read Only, and View Access groups.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive implementation in alignment with planning timelines.

Coordinate with external partners for development and support activities, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.

Document system processes, maintain metadata governance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Anaplan models.

Support testing, deployment, and hypercare activities for new model builds or enhancements.

Provide training and functional walkthroughs to end users across business functions to ensure smooth adoption.

Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field3–4 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model building and integrationPreferred Industry- Automotive, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries with connected planning environmentsSkills & Competencies:

Strong Anaplan model building expertise (modules, lists, hierarchies, user access, imports, and dashboards)

Solid understanding of Anaplan integrations via Informatica, APIs, or CloudWorks

Proven experience in model performance optimization and best practices (sparsity reduction, efficient formula design, etc.)

Excellent stakeholder and vendor management capabilities

Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into scalable Anaplan solutions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement

Effective communication and documentation skills across functional and technical audiences
